Seniors 15 & older

HIGH SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT: This group is for the 13-14 year olds. This group will be working on technique and development as there bodies change. This group will also have 15 and over swimmers that are just starting out.

SENIORS: This group is for 15 and over swimmers. This group works on strength training and flexibilty.

 AQUA FITNESS:  This group is for swimmers that do not want to compete as a year round swimmer. All swimmers in this group will learn all four strokes, starts, turns. This is a good form of exercise for any athlete who just likes to swim. This is also a great class for P.E credit. This is for any age swimmer.
