The guys relay teams were just as impressive, again with a lot of newcomers to State level competition. We swam a lot of relays tonight to get some experiance for our younger group, and they were up to the task. First off the MAC A team of Jake Stoll, John Dowd, Abraham Hendryx and Seth Maddy are now the State Record holders for 17-18 year olds breaking a 10 year old record with a time of 1:38.56, they got a great start from Jake who tied for the fastest opening split with a lifetime best of 24.57.
Derek Buckley led off the B team with a swim just as impressive at 24.81, the other guys splits were Seth Maddy - 24.21, John Dowd - 24.58, Abraham Hendryx - 25.20, Lincoln Randall - 25.39, Ross McDonnell - 25.52, Troy Mullaney - 25.90, Derek Marske - 26.05, Rusty Shoemaker - 26.61, Tyler Guttmacher - 26.65, Brady Hemeyer - 26.74, Eric Rozas - 26.80, Spencer Glover - 26.99, Kyle Miller - 26.99, Gabe Green - 27.03, Brian Krupitzer - 27.27, Elijah Peters 27.27, Jonah Patchett - 27.43, Dallin Hendricks 27.45, Spencer Tippetts 27.71, Aaron Williams - 28.03, Kevin Krupitzer 28.62, Trenton Mckinnon - 28.99 nearly all these swims are lifetime bests, and many of these kids are only going to be soph's or juniors in high school.

We couldn't have had a better first day as a team, and now we have a great weekend to look forward to!! Great job gang!!!
