Dr. Kip Sharpe has again generously offered MAC athletes his services this year for high school physicals!  These are the physicals that are required for any athletic participation through the high schools.

The first date will be April 18 at Kino and will run from 3:30-6:00pm.  Athletes must sign up for a slot with Erin as there is limited space available.

This is done as a fundraiser- we just ask that you bring a check written to East Valley Community Foundation for an amount you think is appropriate.

Athletes MUST bring the proper paperwork from their school filled out and signed by a parent.
